An Everyday approach to Vegan Cooking and Spiritual Development

My background is in Music Composition/Performance, Education, Reiki/Spiritual Development/Meditation and in my 20’s I worked as a cook in a large restaurant/cafe.

I am here to share my transition/journey from a stressed out ex-smoker, over consuming coffee-machine to a spiritual thinker and explorer who is enjoying eating a Vegan diet.

My approach to vegan cooking, meditation and energy healing is not onerous and is integrated into my everyday life.

I cook using simple yet healthy ingredients and enjoy taking whatever time I can each day to meditate, develop my connection with spirit and exercise for overall well-being.
